On Wednesday 21st August 2013, the criminal Ba'athist regime carried out the killing of thousands of Muslims with chemical weapons in the land of Ash-Sham. As a result, America, who announced previously that it considers the use of chemical weapons in Syria as a red line, has indicated to the possibility that it will carry out a military strike. This is so because on the one hand it was embarrassed by Europe and on the other to maintain its international position. However, the nature of the strike, its duration, and timing is unknown! All of these matters are subject of study and discussion in the Congress since Obama referred his decision regarding the strike back to the members of the Congress.
America and the Western states who gave time to the tyrannical Assad regime with all the means in order for it to commit massacres have purposely stood passively with their hands folded surrounding the killing of hundreds of thousands in Syria until now. This inaction by the Kuffar to stop these massacres is understandable, however, for the rulers of countries mostly populated with Muslims to stand paralysed with their hands tied, and the apathetic attitude of both the Organisation of Islamic Conference, which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger, and that of the Arab League, which is nothing but a formality procedure against the injustice committed towards their brothers, for them to seek support of the Kuffar out of fear is not an understandable matter in any case!
The rulers of the Muslim countries instead of mobilizing their armies to carry out the strike to save their Muslim brothers from the tyrant Bashar, they are content with providing refuge to those escaping from the oppression and with feeding the refugees. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said:
أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ الْحَاجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِر وَجَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ لاَ يَسْتَوُونَ عِندَاللّهِ وَاللّهُ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
"Have you made the providing of the water for the pilgrim and the maintenance of al-Masjid al-Haram equal to [the deeds of] one who believes in Allah and the Last Day and strives in the cause of Allah, They are not equal in the sight of Allah. And Allah does not guide the unjust people."
(At-Tawbah: 19)
At the time when the rulers in Turkey and the entire world await the American move, Prime Minister Erdogan has stated: "To carry out a limited operation is not sufficient, the strike should also lead to the disintegration of the regime instead of it being an operation of attack and retreat for a day or two."
On his part the President of the Republic, Abdullah Gul has stated regarding the same issue: "I don't believe that the military strike will achieve a result without putting down a political strategy."
As for us in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Turkey, we like to direct a call to those who are concerned with the issue, we say to them: O President of the Republic Abdullah Gul! Who will set the strategy that will save the Muslim people in Syria? Will America, the enemy of Islam and the Muslims, or you who consider the Syrian people as your brothers? So what is stopping you from mobilising the army under your command since you are the general leader? And what is stopping you from carrying this action that will make you gain Allah's and the people's pleasure?
And you, O Prime Minister Erdogan! By your stance are you not placing the fate of the Muslim people in Syria under the mercy of the Criminal of the century and Murderer that is America? It is like leaving the sheep under the guardianship of the wolf. Or did you forget what the Criminal America has done in the past when it had intervened in Muslim countries?
As for us, we saw how millions of Muslims were killed in Iraq. And how tens of thousands of children became orphaned and how thousands of women were subjected to the brutality of the Americans. Likewise we have witnessed the killing of the innocent and powerless in Afghanistan by the hands of the NATO forces and the desecration of our holy Book, Al-Mushaf Al-Shareef. And we have witnessed in the past how the UN forces have surrendered Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the butchers of Serbia to exterminate them. Or have you not seen these events that we witnessed?
Also how can you guarantee that the aim of the military strike that America is preparing for is the despotic Assad regime and not the sincere Mujahideen? It is without a doubt that the objective of this strike is to punish the resistance movements and battalions who oppose the democratic project that America and the West want in Syria to replace the Ba'athist regime.
The aim of the Kuffar is to punish any Muslim that rejects the Western Kaffir project and works to establish the Islamic Khilafah State.
So Prime Minister Erdogan! The state of humiliation and disgrace that we feel hurts the Muslims, as they are in desperate need for a ruler who can give them a helping hand. Two years ago, a Syrian child directed to you her famous cry: "Wa Mu'tasimah!", "Wa Erdoganah!" hoping that the courageous Mu'tasim will answer the call. Just like the people of Baniyas who waited for the arrival of the Mu'tasim to protect them as mentioned in their letters. And now there are children in Ash-Sham who are heartbroken because of the use of the chemical weapons and they are waiting for the Mu'tasim to come and save them. By Allah can you not here?
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ
"And if they seek aid from you in the deen it is your duty to help them."
(Al-Anfal: 72)
You must know very well that the Syrian people do not want the help of America and the Western states like you do. The people of Syria today are waiting for the Islamic Armies that will heed to their call for support, just like in the past. The people of Syria believe that the victory does not come except from Allah سبحانه وتعالى. At the same time they reject the strike that the Kaffir nations are preparing for whether it is limited or a wider strike.
The Syrian people like all the other Muslims who are helpless seek to appoint a Khaleefah to protect them and their families, their honour, land and Deen. They want the Junnah (shield) that is mentioned in the Hadeeth of our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم:
إِنَّمَا الإمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ
"Verily the Imam is but a shield that is protected by and fought from behind." (Saheeh, Bukhari)
O Muslims! It is time for you to realise that the evil policies that are sponsored by America and the West under the cover of the UN will never be a solution neither for Syrian nor for any other oppressed country. The colonialist Kaffir does not support a Muslim. But victory is from Allah سبحانه وتعالى alone. The only way for the salvation of the Muslims is by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah state that will rule by that which Allah revealed. So either work for it or support those who are working for it.
Have true Tawwakul on Allah, as the victory is from Him alone.
وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلاَّ مِنْ عِندِ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
"And victory is only from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise"
(Al-Anfal: 10)
